A lot of issues clear up with a quick fix. Try these first:The app crashes or freezes — Close and reopen the app. If that doesn't do it, restart your phone.

If you're still stuck, uninstall and reinstall (your local round data will reset, but most users only lose the round in progress).

Tokens didn't save — Tokens save when you tap "End Round." If you closed the app mid-round on a flaky cell signal, the round may not have finished saving. Always tap "End Round" before leaving the course.

Leaderboard looks wrong — Check that every player tapped to confirm their tokens. The leaderboard updates live based on what your group enters.

I forgot to add a player — You can add a player to a round at any point before tapping "End Round." Tap the "+ Add Player" button on the Players screen.

I want to delete a player's tokens — The host of the round (the first person who set up the group) can edit or remove any token before the round ends.

The Tee Time Tokens app doesn't require an account, and your round data lives on your device. If you'd like to request deletion of anything you've sent us via support email, see our Data Deletion page or just reply to any email from us asking us to delete your messages.
