Tee Time Tokens is a recreational scorekeeping and group-game app designed to add humor and friendly competition to your round of golf. Tokens, points, badges, leaderboards, and any other in-app rewards have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, prizes, or anything of value. The Service does not enable, facilitate, encourage, or operate any form of gambling, wagering, or betting. Any side bets, dollar amounts, drinks owed, or other arrangements made between you and the members of your golf group are entirely your own — they exist outside the Service, they are not tracked, monitored, or facilitated by us, and we accept no responsibility for them whatsoever. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any such arrangements comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Course Conditions and Personal Safety
Golf involves inherent risks, including but not limited to errant golf balls, sudden weather, terrain hazards, wildlife, golf-cart mishaps, and the occasional ill-advised swing. You assume all risk associated with playing golf. The Service does not monitor course conditions, weather, or your physical surroundings, and is not a safety tool. Pay attention to your environment. Don't use the app while driving a cart. Don't blame us if you trip over a sprinkler head while checking the leaderboard.
Friendship and Group Dynamics
Tee Time Tokens is designed to make rounds more fun. We hope it does. We are not, however, responsible for hurt feelings, bruised egos, ruined friendships, or post-round silent treatment; disagreements over whether a ball was truly in the water or merely "in the vicinity" of it; disputes about whether a swing actually hit a tree or simply passed near one; any claim that "the app is rigged"; or the contents of group chats after the round. You and your playing partners are responsible for your own conduct.

The Service may reference real golf courses, brands, or terminology for descriptive purposes. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the PGA, the USGA, the R&A, any tour, any specific course or club, or any golf equipment manufacturer.
