The Game Is Just a Game
Tee Time Tokens is a recreational scorekeeping and entertainment app designed to add a layer of fun to your golf round. Tokens, points, scores, and rankings within the app have no real-world monetary value. The Service does not facilitate gambling, wagering, or the exchange of money or items of value. Any side bets, wagers, or arrangements made among you and your golf companions are entirely between you and them — we are not a party to them, do not track them, and accept no responsibility for them.
User-Generated Content
You are responsible for the names, nicknames, group names, comments, and any other content you enter into the Service ("Your Content"). You agree not to enter Your Content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, or invasive of another's privacy; infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any third party; contains sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable material; or impersonates another person without permission. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, remove, or refuse Your Content for any reason. Because most data is stored locally on your device, removal will typically require you to delete it yourself or uninstall the app.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (i) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (ii) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
